Sure of your plans? Want a significant discount (10%)? Book at least 30 days in advance, prepay in full, and the discount is yours. Payment in full is due in advance by secure credit card at the time your reservation is accepted. Your reservation is non-cancellable and the payment is non-refundable.

Cottage on the Knoll 2012 Rates with Early Reservation Discount

  • Saturdays: Normally $249, discounted to $224

  • Fridays & Certain Holidays: Normally $229, discounted to $206

  • Other nights: Normally $199, discounted to $179

  • New Years & Valentines - Premium prices apply, see our on-line availability. These rates will not be discounted.

  • There is a 2-night minimum stay on most 3-day weekends. This can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
