Drum dog monument travel west on W. Gay St. to N. Main St. Turn south (left)
on N. Main St., and travel to the Mary Miller Smiser Heritage Library,
Johnson County Historical Society, 302 N. Main for tour of 1842 Courthouse
where Old Drum trial and speech took place and visit the rebuilt and period
restored 1913 Elm school house.

Special Events at County Fair Grounds, Hiway
