Cedarcroft provides privacy for the intimate getaway or plenty of space for the family trip. The 2-bedroom private guest "suite" in our 1867 farmhouse is made available to only one party at a time - whether it be a party of two or a small family. In either case, the guest area is completely separate from (yet adjacent to) our family quarters, so you can have the degree of privacy or interaction you desire.

Yes, we have Central Air for Missouri's summer and central heat for Missouri's winter (plus windows for spring and fall so you can hear the concerts by coyote or cicada). We have a modern bath with a great shower (or soak in the tub with a rubber duckie) - you get a real bar of soap and thick, full-size towels. You can use our genuine Turkish-towelling bathrobes when going between the bathroom and your bedroom (where you'll love the line-dried sheets in summer or flannel sheets in winter).

Sorry, the 1867 Farmhouse is unavailable this season:

• One to three people, any age, all nights: $125 (plus tax)
• All additional nights of a multi-night stay: $100 (plus tax)
• Any additional persons, any age, by special arrangement only: $30 (plus tax)each
• Two-night minimum stay on weekends/holdays

Deposits and Cancellation

• Deposit: Minimum of 1 night or 50% of stay, whichever is greater. Credit Card guarantees accepted. All deposits applied to last day of stay.
• Cancel with $20 service charge up to 10 days in advance (21 days for special packages). Late cancellations will be charged the full amount per night unless the room is rebooked.
• We accept cash, checks, traveller checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover (Novus), American Express and Diners Club for deposits and room payments. We also accept Debit Cards for room payment.
• Check-in time 4:30 to 6:30 PM, or as arranged.
• Check-out time 12:00 Noon.

• Smoking is limited to the Old Front Porch; no candles or incense, please.
• Our resident dog (who lives on our side of the house and doesn't visit the guest quarters at all) will not allow guest pets on the premises.
• We regret that we are not readily accessible to those who have difficulty with stairs.

Cedarcroft is about 60 miles southeast of Kansas City and ten minutes southeast of Warrensburg.

• From the junction of US-50 and MO-13 in Warrensburg, take MO-13 about 5 miles south to Hiway 'Y' (yes, that's its name - we letter our small roads in Missouri).
• Turn east on 'Y' for exactly 4.0 miles and look for the sign on the gate (left or north side of road).
• Drive up our 250 yard long lane and park by the 'Guest Parking' sign in front of the house.
