There is a 2-night minimum stay on most 3-day weekends. This can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.

All taxes additional – current tax rate is 6.475%.
Deposit & Cancellation:
- Deposit: Prepayment of the first night at time of reservation, by either cash, check or credit card. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Full prepayment at time of reservation is required for reservations made within 21 days of arrival date.
- Cancellations at may be rescheduled once with a $25 fee only if all nights of the reservation are rebooked at full rate. A binding contract is created when we accept your reservation and process your deposit.
Note: If you must absolutely have a date that we’re not available, we recommend looking for
another fine inspected and approved Bed & Breakfast Inns of Missouri or MO-INNS.COM member Inn in our area.
